AP60
Line conveyor tray sealing system, capable of sealing up to 240 packages per minute.
The AP60 provides the flexibility required by food producers who are looking for an entirely automated production line. The client may specify the length and width of the input conveyor, to adjust tray-filling requirements.
Optional MAP (modified atmosphere) packaging to prolong the product's life cycle.
Easily integrated with other equipment on the production line.
GT5e
High-speed, automatic line tray sealing system with extra-large capacity and complete vacuum system, designed to reduced labour costs.
With capacity to seal 96 vacuumed/gas packages per minute, with an 8-tray mould. The GT5e is a high-performance modular thermal sealing system, with just one rail. It is designed to operate with auxiliary equipment such as tray sanitisers, fillers, multiple head scales and labellers, and can be integrated into a production line. Totally automatic and independent.
The "e" design's nucleus bears flexibility to do any kind of heat sealing on a pre-shaped tray, whether MAP, VMAP, Skin, Skin Plus or Skin Deep. Each one of these options can be added now or later on. In fact, they can be eliminated, if necessary. This flexibility gives the user the guarantee that, no matter what the latest trends in packaging may be, they will have equipment suitable for the future.
GTRe
Format for 2 trays and revolving table with complete vacuum system.
With capacity to seal up to 20 vacuumed/gas packages per minute, with a 2-tray mould.
